Here is a little bit about me.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Father of 2 from Brooklyn NY, and have always struggled with my weight as a kid growing up.
I got into fitness training at a young age and let myself go once the kids where both born I am sure some of you can relate.
It was a terrible feeling not being happy looking in the mirror, always being too tired or not having the energy to enjoy the kids, or life in general.
But i did not let myself quit, i got refocused and worked hard over the course of 1 year. Working out in the parks in the rain, the snow, the cold being focussed on wanting to get healthy to be a better father was my top priority!!
Over the last year i am glad to say i lost 50 lbs using body weight workouts and especially now with the quarantine going around and many gyms being closed I have made myself available to support others by helping them get back to living healthy lifestyles - I am a certified trainer that specializes in calisthenics and body weight exercise training if any of you need any advice I would love to make myself useful to the community for support.
The picture below shows me on the left at 260 lbs after my son was born and on the right last year after i lost 50 lbs and got back into fitness training full time.
If i can do it so can you, right now during these times its important for us to support each other, motivate each other, and ensure we are all doing our part!!
